Awareness Elevation LLC offers coaching, mentorship, retreat programs, and related personal development services (collectively, "Services"). All Services are subject to separate agreements, program guidelines, and any specific terms communicated at the time of purchase or enrollment. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of Awareness Elevation LLC or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5. User Conduct

All fees for programs and services are stated at the time of purchase. Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of services unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our programs and the limited-capacity enrollment process, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of purchase. 7. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Some of our programs involve extended fasting, physical challenge, and intensive personal development practices. By enrolling, you represent that you are in good physical and mental health and have consulted with a qualified healthcare provider prior to participation.

Awareness Elevation LLC is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service. Nothing on this Site or in our programs constitutes medical advice. You participate entirely at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your health and wellbeing during and after any program.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Awareness Elevation LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Texas. Notwithstanding this, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
