The daily habit that will transform your life
Do you want to feel more alive, creative, and focused?
If so, Morning Pages are for you. They will help you clear your mind of the clutter that weighs it down and leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. You’ll be able to focus better, make better decisions, and accomplish what matters most to you.
When we wake up in the morning our minds are often filled with all sorts of thoughts – some important but many not at all relevant or even helpful. The problem is that these thoughts can weigh us down as they bounce around inside our heads throughout the day without us ever realizing it until we become overwhelmed by them.
This is where Morning Pages come into play as a way for us to release those unhelpful thoughts before they have a chance to do any damage later on in the day when we need clarity and perspective most. By writing out these random thoughts every morning first thing upon waking up, we give ourselves an opportunity each day to reflect on what really matters most instead of letting our minds run wild with distractions throughout the rest of our days which only serve as barriers between us and achieving balance within ourselves again. And once this happens, everything else begins falling back into place too because now there’s nothing standing in your way anymore from being able to achieve whatever goals matter most!
I can tell you that this one exercise alone helps me to feel calm, collected, and ready to take on the day. Something about letting all the noise spill out of my brain first thing in the morning creates a blank canvas for all the awesome possibilities and opportunities of the supernatural to enter my path and overcome limiting beliefs.
So if this sounds like something that might interest you then go ahead give it a try right now. Grab a pen and three blank sheets of paper and just start writing whatever comes up and comes out. Keep on writing until you fill all three pages, and then continue to practice this for the next 7 days in a row! You can watch this video which explains the process in more detail.
And if you really want to draw answers, thoughts, and ideas out of the deep of your mind and soul, go check out this thread on Twitter with insightful questions and prompts to bring out your best in your journaling sessions.
