Is this the real secret to success?
Do you want to be successful?
Awesome! Now begins the process of self-awareness, self-development, and building the habits that will lead you to success.
Want to know one of the most important characteristics of successful people that much of the world is lacking? It is Integrity.
In fact, integrity is the key to success. It’s not about what you do when no one else is watching, it’s about doing the right thing because it's the right thing to do.
Through building a habit of integrity by being impeccable with your word to self and to others you can build the life of your dreams. You will attract the outcomes, experiences, and relationships you desire because they will be drawn to your integrity.
If you want, you can make integrity a habit by making small changes in your daily life that will lead to big results. This starts with moment-to-moment decisions that build habits and ultimately define who we are as individuals and professionals.
Start today by incorporating these three steps into your daily routine:
1) Make a commitment - for instance, what time you're going to wake up in the morning. Set your alarm, go to sleep, and when the alarm rings in the morning practice integrity first thing out of bed by waking up at the first alarm (no snooze at all) and exclaim to yourself, "Today is an awesome day!"
2) Write down 3 things you did well each day and 3 things you are grateful for each day. Make a commitment to do this every day for an entire week and practice integrity by keeping your word to your self.
3) Share this message with someone who needs some encouragement and lead by example! Nothing is as encouraging and attractive as being a positive role model and setting an example for others to follow.
