Start building up your own personal resilience today by taking these steps every day- let's go:
-Mind(set): We absolutely must have the right mindset as the core foundation to build resilience. Go listen to this quick track to get your mindset right.
-Body: Nothing helps upgrade the body and build resilience like cold shower power. This is a very simple exercise, get in the shower, set a timer for 2 minutes, then turn the water on as cold as it will go and stand in the cold shower until the timer beeps and your 2 minutes are up.
-Spirit: Lastly we must align our spirit to ensure that we are properly positioned to maximize our resilience. And there’s nothing like a 20-minute silent meditation to build resilience. This exercise is very simple, find a comfortable place to sit or lay down. Start tuning in to your breath and do a four-count box breath (4 seconds in, 4 seconds hold, 4 seconds out, and 4 seconds hold before starting over). Continue focusing on your breath and doing the box breathing for 20 minutes and you will be more resilient guaranteed.
These practices will help you jump-start your resilience but nothing will grow it as consistently as practicing all three of these daily. It may take some time to work up to, but investing in yourself daily through these resilience building exercises will take your results to an exponential multiplier and get on you the path to success.
